Features
Everything for your work, and the people beside you.
Each feature is marked “In the beta” if beta testers can use it today, or “Coming soon” if it is not available yet. Nothing is shown as ready before it is.
Your Space
Everything for your own work. Private to you, and in the beta now.
- In the beta
Tasks, steps and notes
Capture a task, break it into steps and keep notes beside it. Steps show their own progress.
- In the beta
Projects
Group related tasks into projects with a name and a colour. Deleting a project keeps its tasks.
- In the beta
Inbox, Today and List
Capture first, plan later, and see what matters today. Today follows your own time zone.
- In the beta
Calendar and Schedule
See the same tasks laid out by date, in a calendar or a schedule.
- In the beta
Tags, priorities and due dates
Add tags, a priority and a start or due date, then filter and sort by them.
- In the beta
Repeating tasks
Repeat a task every day, every weekday, every week or every month. Change one occurrence or this and the ones after it.
- In the beta
Your own order
Drag tasks into the order you want, or use the move buttons from the keyboard.
- In the beta
Focus timer
Run focused sessions on a task or on their own, with preset or custom lengths, breaks and long breaks.
- In the beta
Focus history and time totals
See every session, filter it by date, task and project, and see your time by day and week. Download it as a CSV file.
- In the beta
Trash and restore
Deleted tasks and projects go to Trash first, and you can bring them back.
- In the beta
Make it yours
Pick a colour skin and a type style, set the density, choose larger text or reduced motion. These change how it looks, never what it does.
Your People
Progress is easier with company. Coming soon, and not available yet.
- Coming soon
Friends by username or link
Find a friend by username (only if they choose to be found) or send a private link. A request always needs the other person to accept.
- Coming soon
Share a task
Share a task with one friend. They always see the title, and you tick any other detail you want them to see. Sharing is read-only and you can stop any time.
- Coming soon
Weekly progress
Share your week’s progress counts with the friends you choose. Nothing about your tasks is posted unless you share it.
- Coming soon
A feed of updates
Read updates from friends who chose to share them, cheer them on and leave comments.
- Coming soon
Private encouragement
Send a note only the person who posted can see.
- Coming soon
Mute, block and report
Mute a friend, block anyone, or report an update. Blocking ends all sharing in both directions.

Shared work, kept apart from your private work. Coming soon, and not available yet.
- Coming soon
Team workspaces and roles
A shared space for a small team, with Owner, Admin, Manager, Member and Viewer roles.

- Coming soon
Member invitations
Invite people by email with a role. An invitation is tied to that address, used once, and expires. Invited people do not need a plan of their own.
- Coming soon
Separate from Personal
Your private work is never visible to a Team, and a Team has its own navigation and its own plan.
How it stays private
You choose what is seen.
You decide who sees what. These are the rules the product is built around.
Private by default
Everything you write starts out yours alone. Nothing is shared with anyone until you choose to share it.
Share progress, not private notes
When Friends opens, you can share a task’s title and only the details you tick, such as its due date or steps. Notes, tags and your focus time can never be shared.
Your Personal space is never visible to a Team
Joining a Team never exposes your own tasks. A Team sees the work done inside that Team, and nothing from your Personal space.
Teams are separate from Personal
A Team has its own workspace, its own navigation and its own people. Your plan and a Team’s plan are independent of each other.
Why work alongside others
It is easier to keep going together.
Momentum you can feel
It is easier to start, and to keep going, when someone you trust is doing the same.
Accountability that feels kind
Cheer each other on. No leaderboards, no shaming.
You choose who sees what
Nothing is shared by default. Share progress, not your private notes.
Private stays private
Your Personal space is never visible to a Team or to anyone you have not chosen.
