Everything you write starts out yours alone. Nothing is shared with anyone until you choose to share it.

Share progress, not private notes
When Friends opens, you can share a task’s title and only the details you tick, such as its due date or steps. Notes, tags and your focus time can never be shared.

Your Personal space is never visible to a Team
Joining a Team never exposes your own tasks. A Team sees the work done inside that Team, and nothing from your Personal space.

Teams are separate from Personal
A Team has its own workspace, its own navigation and its own people. Your plan and a Team’s plan are independent of each other.

Teams is for people who share projects and tasks. It is its own workspace, so what you keep to yourself stays yours.

Roles that fit a small team
Owner, Admin, Manager, Member and Viewer. Each role can do only what it needs to, and it is checked on the server, not just on screen.
Shared projects and tasks
A team board with To do, In progress and Done. Tasks carry a priority, a due date, steps, notes, tags and repeats.
Assignments
Managers and above assign work to active members. Members work on their own tasks. Viewers can see everything and change nothing.
Mentions
Mention a teammate on a task and it shows up for them under “Mentioned me”.
Activity
A team home shows recent updates, your own open tasks and what the team has finished, so nobody has to ask.
Progress and workload
Everyone on a team sees progress and what is overdue. Managers and above also see open work by person.
Invitations that stay safe
Each invitation is tied to one email address and used once. Invited people join without needing a plan of their own.
Private work stays private
A Team never sees anyone’s Personal tasks. Removing someone ends their access to the team straight away.

- Is it free?
- Joining the waitlist is free and never asks for payment details. The beta has a Free plan, and nothing can be bought today.
- When will I get in?
- Invitations go out in waves, and we email you when it is your turn. We have not set dates.
- Is my work private?
- Yes. Your Personal space is private to you. Nothing is shared with a friend or a Team unless you choose to share it, and a Team never sees your Personal tasks.
- What about Friends and Teams?
- Both are Coming soon. They are not available to everyone yet, and this site will not call them ready until they are.
- What will it cost later?
- Pricing has not been announced.
